I am 78 yrs old 5' 3 and 198 lbs. I ordered the X-large. This dress fits so nicely and is very flattering for a larger figure. It washes well, no shrinking, fading or noticeable pilling. I dried it very lightly in the dryer and hung to finish drying. I would definitely buy this dress again.
